Emily Phongphilack is the founder of Kickback Social. She started as a graphic designer at RBC, then spent years at agencies helping big brands figure out what their customers want and how to reach them.
She's seen marketing from every side: managing teams from the inside, juggling different scopes and stakeholders, and now running her own business. So she knows how a corporate team actually works and what a busy owner actually needs — and she's good at the part most people aren't: bridging strategy & creative direction while bringing everyone together with one goal.
